20yrs ago we released our 3rd album Fingathing and the Big Red Nebula Band LP. Today 17.01.2025 we released an album called G. It is the first in a four part album series documenting Fingathing life in the year 2025.

The album is available on pretty much all digital streaming platforms. 43 to be precise via Kudos distribution. As well as the obvious mainstream ones if you are looking to buck the trend and help supporting artists like ourselves then we recommend services like Qobuz, Tidal and Deezer. Search for Fingathing in your preferred app.

¡NEXT WEEK on Friday 17th January our new album G officially drops! The night before at 8pm GMT we will premiere the album as a listening party on Bandcamp. Follow the link in bio to RSVP.

Believe it or not the vinyl got manufactured slightly ahead of schedule! This meant we could honour our vinyl loving and eager supporters with the LP as it was intended before it appears on the streaming sites 🙂 and Dan 👆has been working like a dog sending them all out lovingly by hand 🌱

We wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has ordered the vinyl and supported us already 🙏 and we would love to hear your reactions 🙂 so please feel free to send or tag us in any posts or stories.

A few weekends ago we did a live set at @home_of_the_drum festival in Wales, UK. It was the first proper live performance on a big sound system we have done for about 8 years! Needless to say it was quite the moment for us 💫 and we are amped and eager for more. Thanks to all the buzzin heads that rolled with us 🙏♥️

From Manchester to Palestine Vol.2 is out today. Here's a snippet from our offering. A previously unreleased cover of Hashims' al naafiysch. It bangs! We made it many moons ago at Zombie studios in Ancoats with Manchester legend Phil Kirby. Extra percussion (cowbell and bongos) by Rick Wheedon.
